Shipping Policy

1. Overview
This Shipping Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing the delivery of physical goods purchased from Bower Motorsport. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our sales are currently limited to Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
All orders are shipped via Australia Post Regular Tracked parcel service. Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

At our discretion, we may upgrade your shipment to Express at no additional cost without prior notice. If your order is upgraded, you will see this reflected in the tracking information provided at dispatch.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Regions
We ship to all Australian states and territories, including:

- ■Northern Territory (NT)

- ■Tasmania (TAS)
- ■Victoria (VIC)
- ■Western Australia (WA)
Regional and remote areas may experience longer delivery timeframes. We will endeavour to provide accurate estimated delivery dates at checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders regardless of destination, order value, or package size. There are no hidden shipping fees. You will not be charged any additional shipping costs after placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- ■A shipping confirmation email with tracking details
- ■A link to track your parcel via the carrier's website
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at bowermotorsport@gmail.com.
6. Delivery Issues
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- ■Check the tracking information for the latest status
- ■Check with neighbours or your local post office/collection point
- ■Contact us at bowermotorsport@gmail.com with your order number
We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at your choice.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:
- ■Photograph the damage — including the packaging and the product
- ■Contact us within 7 days of delivery at bowermotorsport@gmail.com
- ■Do not discard the packaging until your claim has been resolved
We will arrange a replacement or refund for goods damaged during transit.
Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to correct the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
7. Authority to Leave
By default, parcels may be delivered with Authority to Leave (ATL) if the carrier deems it safe to do so. This means the parcel may be left at your door or a safe location if you are not home.
If you do not wish for ATL, please include a note in the order comments at checkout, and we will instruct the carrier to require a signature on delivery.
Bower Motorsport is not responsible for parcels stolen or lost after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier when ATL is in effect.
8. Delivery to PO Boxes
We deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery to PO Boxes may take 1–2 additional business days compared to street addresses.
